Engagement reports give you the data and insight you need into individual engagement on Remind. Think of it as a weekly update that makes it easier to assess how parents, students, and teachers are communicating on Remind, from who’s sending and receiving messages to who’s opted out of notifications.
If your organization has Remind Hub, you can access engagement reports through the administrator dashboard. Exported as a CSV file, each report contains raw data that you and your team can format and analyze according to your organization’s specific needs and requirements.
To help get you started, we’ve also included simple engagement templates that let you pull basic insights for student, parent, and teacher engagement in an easy-to-read spreadsheet. With more visibility into engagement, you can identify systemic issues affecting students and families in your community—and take the necessary steps to help them get back on track.
